Cancellations Policy             

  • We require 48 hours advance notice if you are cancelling your booking with us. 
  • There is an Administration Fee of $45 for all cancellation, whether within or outside the 48-hour notice.
  • No refunds on early departure if you change your mind

Terms & Conditions

  • For late arrivals, kindly pre-arrange with the Management prior to your check-in date.
  • We require details of your credit card on check-ins for incidentals/damaged/missing items in the room.
  • Late check-out is only by prior arrangement and attracts a fee of $15 per hour over the shoulder and peak season.
  • We accept bookings from minors, from 17 years old ONLY if accompanied by a responsible. 
  • Any damage, missing and broken items (outside the normal wear and tear) must be paid in full before check-out.
  • Check-in is available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival.  Check-out time is 10:00 am on the day of departure. 
  • Payments for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of arrival (if not already done when booking a room). 
  • Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time. 
  • We accept Visa, Master, Eftpos, Amex (surcharge of $3.50 per swipe).
  • Only paying & registered guests are allowed in our rooms.  Visitors and friends must leave at 10:00 pm.
  • STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT.  Ash trays are provided outside the room. 
  • Please consider others by not cooking any strong smelling food inside the room. 
  • Swimming Pool is only for paying guests.
