A nice little place, made even more enjoyable by the friendly proprietor. Parking is a bit tight, but adequate. Some very nice drives along the lakes nearby. This is probably the best point to drive out to Franz Joseph Glacier and certainly the accommodation at Fairway is nice enough to extend the stay for several days to take in some of the scenery and attractions around.
We stayed for two nights in this Motel and we really enjoyed it! Their staff was really friendly and helpful, the rooms were simple but very clean and tidy. We would stay again
This was a comfortable motel, with good facilities including a swimming pool and washing facilities. The staff were very helpful. It was just near to the town centre and also close to puzzling world so a good location to explore these attractions. It was also near an unusal cinema where the seats are sofas and a car!
